Your wedding day is supposed to be extra special. We understand the importance of every detail in creating the ultimate celebration of your dreams. From the moment you step through our doors, our dedicated staff is committed to ensuring that every aspect of your special day is meticulously planned and executed to perfection. Sweet Meadow Signature Package

Between booking and your event date . . . What's included?
*Day of Wedding Coordinator(You get a venue planner for all things happening at the venue)
*Use of property for engagement photos (House is not available, barn restroom is open for changing)
*One two-hour meeting with Day of Coordinator for questions, layout design, and day of details
*Full property access and use of venue from 9AM-10PM
*Catering walkthrough (if your caterer has not done an event at Sweet Meadow)

What's a “Day-of wedding director” at Sweet Meadow do?

We like to think of our directors as logistics queens. So think of it this way . . . they keep you on time according to the timeline you have created, tell your vendors where to go, and tell you and your family where to be and when. Things like the decor, flowers, food, cleanup . . . we leave all that fun stuff to you. While we will happily look over your plans for the day and make a suggestion or two, the entire planning and decor process is up to you. To help with the stress throughout your engagement, we have a few planners we love to work with and can refer you to.

Rehearsal Day

1½-hour ceremony rehearsal with your “day of” coordinator — you choose the 1.5 hours. The venue is available at an additional charge for rehearsal dinner.

Carriage House

*Groom’s suite with yard games and TV
*Groom’s restroom (shower facility is not available)
*Bridal suite with private balcony and an ensuite restroom
*Clothing steamer, first aid, and emergency essentials
*Bridal suite restroom (shower facilities not available)
*Seasonal meal provided. Refer to the contract as to who is included.
(Available for additional guests at an additional charge with management approval)
(No food in bridal or groom’s suites)
We recommend bringing your own cups, coolers, and ice for any drinks you plan on enjoying throughout the day. Store them on the porches.

Pre-Ceremony and Parking

Two to three staff members directing guests and shuttling those who need assistance upon arrival. Ice water and disposable cups, small table for guests upon arrival.

Ceremony Space

*Wooden benches for ceremony seating (Please see contract for amount provided.)
*Battery and inverter for power at ceremony table with linen for DJ or ceremony musician if needed
*Shuttle for elderly and physically challenged guests
*Golf carts available for bride, groom, and photographer after ceremony for photos
*Loft space available as backup ceremony with a seating capacity of 165 people maximum

Catering

*Complete furniture supply available
*Prep area with sink and refrigerator
*2’ x 7 ½’ wooden tables for food
*One wooden bar for alcohol and beverages (93” by 27” by 48” high)
*Secondary Birch bar (6’ by 17’ top and 46” high)
*One 6’ table with black linen for bar service
*One black bar back shelf
*Two large coolers for ice storage
*One rolling ice cooler
*One small chest freezer in kitchen area

Reception Space

*Ten to 12 wooden farm tables (9 feet long by 33 inches wide) seating 10 each
*Round tables if additional seating is contracted
(60” rounds seat 10, or eight with place settings)
*Ancillary tables
*Staff to direct guests, vendors, monitor restrooms, shuttle guests, assist with gas flow, and light candles
*Seasonal decor in barn and lounge areas included (Please note, decor is changed and may not be exactly as it was in the walkthrough.)
